Treks & Trips (Duration: Upto 24 Hrs and less)

Cancellation done 10 days before the departure date 75% will be refunded.

1. Cancellation done between 10to 7 days before the departure date 50% will be refunded.
2. Cancellation done between 7 to 5 days before the departure date 25% will be refunded.
3. Cancellation done 100 hrs before departure date, no refund.

Treks & Trips (Duration More than 24 Hrs)

1. Cancellation done 60 days before the departure date 75% will be refunded.
2. Cancellation done 45days before the departure date 50% will be refunded.
3. Cancellation done 30days before the departure date 25% will be refunded.
4. Cancellation done between 30 to 25 days before the departure date 10% will be refunded.
5. Cancellation done 625 hrs before departure date, no refund.

Important:

1. Please note above cancellation and refund policy applies only on Domestic land package, (Group Departure) if the participant has booked Flights or Train Tickets through T3WR for the same trek or trip the cancellation of the same has to be confirmed by the guest separately at the time of booking. 
2. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight or Train will be the passenger’s liability & The 3 Wheeler Ride will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
3. All participants must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effect, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment.
4. Please ensure that the names given for booking. Match the names mentioned in the respective passports or proof of identity.
5. In case of increase in air fares, fuel, GST, bed levies, park fees, Third Party Services, Tatkal charges or any other circumstances beyond our control, The 3 Wheeler Ride will not be liable for the same.
6. In case of war/lockdown/natural calamities/floods/rains/delay due to vehiclebreakdown/landslides/protests/ unforeseen situation the extra cost which might occur during the trek or trip has to be borne by the participants. T3WR will not be liable.
7. No refunds will be provided for unused services or even if the participant does not spot a specific animal during any of the wild life safari events. If any trip or trek cannot be completed due to war/lockdown/natural calamities/floods/rains/delay due to vehicle x
8. Refunds will be initiated between 7 to 15 days after the event is over.
9. Cancellation amount is calculated on the total Trek or Trip amount and not the advance amount paid or booking amount.
